- At least 20 years of Post Qualification experience in managing and operating Coal Mines of which not less than 2 years should be in position of Deputy General Manager or equivalent in mining operations
- Minimum 8 years experience as 1st class mines manager in mechanized open cast coal mine having atleast a mine production capacity of 3.0 MTPA
- Candidates will be selection through personal interview
- Age should be Max 58 years or less per 1 dec,2022
- For SC/ST candidates of 5 years
- For OBC candidates as 3 years

- Salary as fixed between 1,47,300 to 2,04,500
